This is a super quick, healthy dosa that can be manipulated as per your requirement. I actually stumbled upon it by sheer chance. Having run out of my regular dosa batter, I had to improvise quickly and thus ended up with this tangy delicacy.
Ingredients used:
Oats - about 3/4th of a cup
Rice flakes - 1/4th of a cup
Tomato - 1 ripe
Green chilly - 2
Regular dosa batter - 1/4th of a cup
Chopped mint and corriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil to cook

Oil to cook
Method:
Grind together the oats, rice flakes, tomato and green chillies to a smooth consistency.
Mix in the required salt, the regular dosa batter, and the chopped mint and corriander leaves.
Make slightly thich dosas. It would be a good idea to use oil sparingly and to cover and cook these dosas. (I did).
These go well with coconut chutney/sambar.
Happy cooking and do get back with your comments :-)
